The music of KOOZA beautifully demonstrates the spirit of the live show with it's themes of human connection and fun in a world of duality. With a stream of uplifting songs with timeless influences where forms and styles intertwine seamlessly, KOOZA is inspired by the sounds of western pop culture, from 1970s funk to full orchestral arrangements. It also draws heavily on traditional Indian music. Produced by Guy Dubuc and Marc Lessard, the KOOZA album captures the original vision of Jean-Francois Cote's score, creating a wonderful extension of the live show experience as well as a memorable souvenir for those who have seen KOOZA live. In order to accomplish this, Cirque du Soleil invited 50 musicians and singers to contribute to this album including three brass sections, an orchestra and a full choir.
